Where's the luster? I'd grade it XF because of an apparent lack of luster. Otherwise an AU details coin.
Hairlines and strike strength would be the two things I'd look for.

I have dealt with them as have lots of people I know, and they are my preferred bullion dealer. Nothing but good things to say for them.
