After you buy and read those books, the next step in your education (in my opinion) should be to spend a day or three at any large auctoin looking...

p.s. given the info provided, I'd guess 63 or 64, as I think the jawline hit is a biggie. Otherwise it looks like a 65+ coin.

Luster looks good enough to go 58, and frankly, I've seen much less attractive examples in 62/63 plastic.
