This was the easiest clash mark to find. It shows where the back of Liberty’s head hit the reverse die.

Here is a close up depicting where the bridge of nose & lips clashed. Can you see it? Liberty is upside down & facing to the left.
When you get the lighting right, you can pick-up on some die clash marks.

If it is heavy, then I think you have answered your own question correctly. It has something added to the reverse side = Post mint damage.
