Something's not "right" about the coin. I suspect it is both fake and possibly recolored.
Finding a nice seated dollar will be a challenge.

It looks like an XF or AU coin to my eyes. I wouldn't clean the cardbord 2x2 holder or coin, although you can replace the holder with a new one...

Pics are far too small to evaluate a grdae. Could be anywhere from VF to MS.
I'm sorry to say my first thought was not a proof. Strike not strong enough and rims not square enough. I'd grade it roughly 64.
