Without the scratch I'd give it a F-12 and a tpg might market grade the year at VF-20 , but since it does have the scratch it might be bodybagged...

I've used a dremmel tool with no problems , as I don't have a vise , Garrett have you thought of TNT yet , gets the job done but it's sometimes...
If it's a copy it's a nice one , I'd listen to DesertGems advice , definetly don't clean it in any way , even a wipe with a soft rag will scratch...

I really don't know how any coin will do as an investment , but for pure collecting fun I like these coins a lot , especially the Berlin Wall coin...

Mike , it's just my opinion , but I think even with market grading and grading by PCGS standards this coin has too many problems to grade VG let...
