The coins that come with it look like spendable money to me. Minus the 90% half which is worth a little north of $13.... so around $65 in coins....

Judging by the pictures there is about 90% chance it's not genuine also...
I am leaning towards the not genuine camp... I don't see the central weakness on the reverse... Bigger pictures are a must.

This is an older holder... pre sniffer.... not to mention the only coins that get sniffed are the secure plus coins.

Honestly the toning is really cool... but those carbon spots are a huge turn off for me. I wouldn't spend big money on that coin.
I don't think the grading companies certify silver rounds. It looks like it was struck through grease... no biggie for private mint stuff.
