    Oil is INSOLUBLE in acetone and it's a horrible solvent choice for the removal. Mineral spirits are better, but xylene is the best.

    I don't see a cud, just a gas bubble and the coin is not off-center. It does have a slight misaligned die though. Toss it into the junk pile.
