Yes, Even if this came out of a FED sealed roll they would not mark it with the state designation.
I didn't see this thread early enough... but this is definitely a new Chinese counterfeit. The pebbly surfaces in the devices are a good indicator.
It is slightly PL but not enough for the designation. I got a new Canon 10MM macro lens... that thing is amazing.
There was one in PF68Cameo at the central states show this past weekend in Chicago... it was a real looker too.... but I digress.
