Yes, I am (much) more concerned the coin is overgraded. Spots aren't going to be nearly as big of a deal, and they aren't that bad on the coin, IMO.
p.s. the spots on this coin don't bother me, but they may bother others. In general, as long as they are small and not distracting, they don't...
