Machine doubling has nothing to do with a die. It's simply machine doubling (MD).

Those pics have to be in focus, straight on and cropped. Try scanning them.
Can you post pictures of the whole coin? I think it's impossible to tell anything from the pics you always post.
There should be NO early ordering for the big guys. Pick a release date, have orders placed in a specified manner and everyone gets them that way....
How can you have them ready to go when the cumulative limit is 50K and you have no idea how many of each you'll sell?
