Be very, very careful. Take your time. You don't want to scratch it or get fingerprints on it.
Look at the coin using a single light source. As you move it around to look from many different angles, you'll probably see the doubling move...

I think that any doubling you may be seeing is cause by the reflection between the coin an capsule. I've seen lots of that.

I see what appears to be a couple of die gouges. The base of the olive branch? I don't know.
There are three dies used to mint a coin. The collar die, which holds the coin within its circle, the anvil die, which imparts the reverse (tails)...
I hope these will be coming from the 750K that are authorized. I don't want them going over the "exclusive" total like they did the 2011 Eagle.
