After the seller handled it that way, I'd stay away. Fingerprints damage a coin and its numismatic value.
Never hold a coin in that way. If you have to hold the coin, hold it by its edge. You'll need to post better pictures to get an opinion on your coin.

You mentioned using a microscope to photograph your coins. IMO, if you need more than 10X magnification to see it, it's meaningless.
