I was too conservative here compared to PCGS and CAC. I don't have any issue with it being a 65.

MS 64 was my first impression (although I debated 65); I think PCGS was more conservative given some contact marks and the better date.
And I did mention semi-pl in my guess, so that counts for something right? :p I think you are right @jtlee321 that the reverse just held it back....
