NGC graded it an MS63 no FBL! I agree with the no FBL (at least with NGC criteria) but would easily grade it an MS65. The coin looks even better...

Congratulations on graduating. Both PCGS and NGC are fine. I think ASE bullion coins look better in the clear PCGS slab than the white NGC slab...
