    There are 1922 D, 1922 weak D and 1922 no D. Yours, if genuine, looks (to me) to have something where the mint mark belongs, making it a weak D....

    The web site say the SETS are limited to 300K. With mintage unlimited, it's a sure bet that there will be other offerings of these coins.
