I can't tell from your photos, but do you think the tick/hairline is enough to detail the coin or just lower the grade? I found an MS 61 NGC...
If the luster was there, it could be the toning. If it's too crusty or unattractive that can work against the coin.

MS 62 PL ....it looks like there is potential for DMPL but 81-O is tougher in DMPL, so I'm hedging with a PL....as far as the grade, I think it is...
