This is a detail coin so you might want to look a bit harder and find one that’s straight graded without details.

No value above face value for a small greaser like that. It needs to be dramatic to be worth a little more.
I’ll make it simple and just say no. A 1959 cent is not worth the cost of grading. You’ll lose money trying to do so.
