NGC worries me with this coin. The luster is nice but it's a 65 IMO.....NGC could have given it a 66 for luster.
Hard to tell the grade from those pictures. I can tell you that you'd never get a 69 out if though. Pretty sure these top out at 68.
Looks like a lot of the leaders are too chicken to offer a grade.
