No I doubt if it's it's proof like with all the luster it seems to have . PL or DMPL coins usually won't have cartwheel luster .
I see what you're saying , but an AU-58 coin is all about wear . I've seen numerous AU-58 coins with loads of bag marks and with hardly any .

I'm not sure it has been cleaned , those green spots look like verdigris to me . Best to have the verdigris removed before it damages the surface .

Nice coin , but I can't see paying that much for a clashed die coin , especially when you can't see a clear outline of the clashed coin .
