Don't see how it got a star with all those hairlines , probably can only see them at a certain angle and NGC missed them . Certainly looks harshly...
It has a great chance at a 67 , If I could vote over I'd go 67 .

I use them on all my better coins , never had one change on me in 5 years whether copper or silver . I'd call your coin an EF coin but cleaned...
