This would be an easy 67 at NGC , IMO . I'm going to guess 67 at PCGS too .

To me the 1917 is what a Type 1 should look like , Full heads and shields with full rivets are pretty comman for that year and MM , no collector...
It's got the strike and luster for a 67 , but that reverse bothers me .

If this coin is a VG-F , I'll take all you got . Hit's don't make a coin grade lower than MS only wear does , They just lower the # of MS it is ....

I'd say you're in the ball park but I'd give it an 8 , since the obverse in my opinion is more important than the reverse . Still a good price .
