I put all my coins in museum quality 2 x 2 flips except those in TPG's holders. Then I put them in inert plastic boxes (smaller than shoebox size)...
I've never put anyone on my ignore list even if I thought some members can be very rude at times, possibly they're the ones I can learn the most from.

IMHO I'd guess it's NT. I once had a 1932 Lincoln cent but the blue was only on the obverse and covered half the coin.
