If I had to do it over again I'd still give this a 63 . Kinda hard to get it right when the tpg got it wrong . Well at least Irish and the others...
Maybe not techniquely , to me it's a fake all day long , especially if it's base metal . But then there3 were counterfieters who didn't realize...

I'd say MS-63 if it grades , has too many hits for a 64 and definitely won't make a 65 , please don't waste your hard earned money .
So far every grade except details is covered .
I'd wait and get one I liked , no use spending good money on something you really don't like . You'll just end up hating it and eventually replace...

Really can't see this coin as a 63 , it's well struck with clean fields and hardly any hits . A coin I'd be proud to own .
