I'd submit it. It looks like it's got a great chance of DMPL to me. The fields in your photos are very deep without a manipulation of contrast....

Unfortunately it is machine doubling. The dead giveaway is the way the doubling around the E in WE wraps around the top and back side of the E....

Not exactly. It's the amount of wear versus the amount of luster still present. Larger coins such as Morgan Dollars can have luster still...
In my opinion out of the 3 you've posted, this one would have the best chance at MS. But that's just my opinion.
From the images I would put it at AU. The eagle's breast, legs and wing tips look dull possibly from rub. It could also just be the lighting.
