Looks like it has the luster for a 66 but I wonder how bad the scratch above Liberty is in hand and the slight break in luster in the right field...

My grade XF-45 , TPG maybe AU-50 . Nice coin and the color looks nice , but I'm no copper expert .

To tell the truth I was scared to guess , I was leaning 63 but just couldn't pull the trigger . I guess woodies just scare me .
One mans junk is another mans treasure . I think it's worth a few bucks if you want an example of that type of strike . Heck I'll pay $4 for it . :)
66+ I think the slight discoloring above the date will hold it back , probably a 67 at NGC .
I'm on the fence with this one too , they probably graded it Brown . But you never know what the tpgs will do with colorful toning . IMHO
