Probably because the pics you are looking at at magnified way more than a tpg ever uses . Don't forget they look at the coin without a loupe and...

Yep I went 64 too , but almost went 65 with NGC . It sure is a nice 64 though.

Sad , If I were rich I'd buy all of them donate some to the ANA and destroy the rest , or at least put copy stamped in the dies and coins .

I was a type and early commemorative collector . But now it's Bust halves and CWTs , though I will buy anything that catches my eye .
To these old eyes it looks normal . Except where there's a slight elongation at the top left of the loops . Or is it on the inside of the loops ?...
