I am thinking N-7 - left edge of curl slightly left of center of 5, front line of coronet curved. Just my humble opinion.
Let me try to attribute it, but here is a N-18 side by side with this coins. Definetly not an N-18. I would say this coin is VG-8, net G-4.

N-18 and N-19 are not in the newcomb book.
RLM - look at the placement of the curl above the 5. On this one it is the center, on the N-18 it is left of the left edge of the 5.
