I think it's a regular strike . That said there were some terrible strikes of 3 cent nickels , with hardly any hair detail and no polish left in...

I've seen many 66 coins with planchet flaws . I believe this one would have been a 67 except for that hit over the Y in Liberty .
And that's why I question his findings , well that and his own shown evidence .

That's the tricky part with tpgs , at 65 and up they really start to look at the strike . I think it has a good chance though , but only you can...
