Guessed 63 back then too , well at least I'm consistent . I better read my PCGS book again but I still like 63 for this coin .

Definite wear on the eagles breast , Still an AU coin . Scratches don't really affect a grade below MS .

I'd say at least a 63 , Still a nice coin , I had 6 from the '70s think I paid $30 to the Gov. Wish I went for some better dates though .
I went 64 , but I could see this as a 65 .
I figure if that hit on Lincolns cheek couldn't be seen and got a 67 , this coin is either a 63 or 64 . I might just flip a coin . Time to check...
