I like the Hawaii ATB bullion version as well. There only made 20K of them, and you can still find them reasonable priced (under $200)...at least...
The 1996 is the best as it has the lowest mintage for bullion ASEs. Other decent years include the surrounding years 1994-1995 and 1997-1998. TC
