Thanks guys! This is one of my favorite US coin designs.
PCGS or NGC would be the ones I would send it to. ICG is not a "top tier" grader.

The last order I sent to PCGS took 13 weeks. When they advertised a 4 week turnaround. I'm going to give PMG a whirl this time.
