Mine was a purchase back in 2004 or 5. The label says "Alligator eye". It wasn't until about 4 years ago that I learned there was a VAM number...
This was one of my first Morgan VAMs before I even knew there was such a thing.
I don't see a mark on it, so I'll say MS67. It might just squeak out FSB.

Mine is a crop from my 1883-O VAM-2. I collect 1883-O Morgan VAMs by the way.
It doesn't matter how much that obverse die is worn. It's distinguishable down to near slick.;)
1904-O has a couple of reverse dies that were paired with different obverse dies and are scattered around the listings with different die stages...
