Yes it uses a 9volt my metal detector already used plenty of them I'll go to the dollar store and get alot of them.

I tryed it out and it works amazing alot less thinking and digging finds it right off the bat! It's way bigger than I expected. Well worth $35.00...
Yes it was and I use a urceri. I'm getting a pinpointer to make it a little easier to find the object it will be a little less digging for me lol
