I see no doubling. I only see damage from hits.
It would help if you told us where you think you see doubling.
Machine doubling, not a doubled die. Notice that it is flat and shelflike.
Not an error, just damage from a hit or two.

I can't see a partial collar error at all. What I do see is a strike by a ever so slightly misaligned and very worn die. It's nothing special.
