Reverse looks 64 to me. Hard to tell about obverse with sellers pics. Nice coin. If I were to have it graded I would go with PCGS Secure Plus.
Mintage numbers don't mean jack squat. Survival numbers do however. Lots of old gold coins have been melted years ago. Only 2% of the 1795-1834...
