    Is this 1937 buffalo uncirculated?

    I'd go AU53. The coin appears to have very little original mint lust left and there appears to be wear marks on both the obverse and reverse.

    From your pictures this looks to be an AU55 business strike. BTW, if it is a proof, it's not the accented hair.

    It's that time of year again. (Ebay Bucks)
