ok i found one of these about 4-5 months ago in a bank box of cents... its a broken die issue / damaged .. its an abnormal error but it happens...

i personally use 2x2 flips for coins an 20-pocket 2x2 pages, and printed backing sheets with all the information about the coins or pint on the 2x2
