The pictures of the cent are too poor for me to rate it.
I won't argue with your opinion here. As far as any toned Jefferson I've seen, I can't recall one better. So yes, I probably should have gone...
Up here in northern Wisconsin people are buying up most everything. A dog house on a vacant lot would probably find a buyer. Many buyers are...
If this was a game for nickels only I would have probably gone 6. Silver toning seems to have a bias since they tend to have more vivid, deep...
I don't snipe when bidding. I'll place a bid that is my limit so it wouldn't matter either way.
For a nickel it doesn't get much better than that. I'd go a high 5! I like how well the color spectrum is distributed across the obverse and...

I'll do the reveal tomorrow morning to give others who haven't responded a last chance.

I can post one next unless someone else is waiting.
Even if there are a number of original unsearched rolls/bags out there somewhere, what is the probability of finding examples higher than MS66?...
Even with the large numbers of RD cent rolls that were saved from the 1940's and 1950's most coins in these rolls probably grade MS65 and lower....
