most of the newer 4 note sheets are higher serial numbers
if you want 2's let me know we have tons of them at work. nothing to special. they range from 1976 on. mostly newer notes.
as far as i know they didnt print any blue seals on any new designed notes. i think that one is victim to being washed or bleached or treated...
