They all look pretty rough from the pics. This 1913-D Buffalo (Type-I) just sold on eBay yesterday for $ 64.77 looks EX-F to AU to me.
I guess the total value is in the Silver Quarters. You could always sell the other coins, later.
Did you do an eBay search for the 1999 Proof silver quarter set ?

Type 1 is raised ground on the reverse under the buffalo's feet on 1913s, 2 is what is called flat ground under the Buffalo's feet, on 1913 to 1938.
The Red Book has the best info, but the prices listed are not reliable due to the present fluctuating silver & gold market.
The Buffalo pic has some glare, but it looks like a full horn on the reverse.
