    Thoughts on this ebay auction bidding

    underbidder has 96 bid retractions. Shouldn't that be a red flag to eBay. I think I've retracted one bid in over 10 years.

    Nice catch by @Wheatmaster101 on the scatch. I think the coin would go 64 if the scratch isn't a scratch and just the result of another coins...
