It's hard to tell from your photo but those look like scratches. If so, it's damage, not an error. A quick google search didn't turn up any...
A few minor obverse blemishes (it appears) but a really nice strike. I'll go MS-64 based on the neck, cheek and obverse field. Prolly too low....
