I worked in a small gracery store in the mid 60's and we would occasionally get them. Of course almost all the dimes, quarters and half dollars...

I'm not sure it's the same coin. The e-bay coin seems to have a nick on the rim about 2 o'clock on the reverse that I don't see on this coin.
I haven't gone out on a limb for a while so I'll say VG10. $100-$125.
