Some of the nickels that Lehigh has are absolutely stunning. I know he paid a steep premium for some of them, well over book value.

I would say the Morgan is a solid MS64.
Since you didn't mention anything about FBL which is ridiculously easy to get from PCGS $30 sounds about right.

The 1912S is one of the keys in the series. Second only to the 1885.
If it's not harshly cleaned (and it's hard to tell with scans) I would say around $1000. So in my opinion I would have it graded if it's not...
But why waste the money. I would take it to your nearest coin dealer and have them take a look at it.
