I would guess AU 53. The wear on the right wheat ear keeps it from going any higher.

The marks on the reverse will probably knock the grade down to PR 62/63
The color notation does seem silly for circulated coppers.
From the photos the coin doesn't look cameo. The devices need to have a frosted appearance which your coin lacks.
I used to take advantage of that but decided to go with PCGS the past few years.
I have no issue with that unless the coin I get isn't the same one listed.
