Those horseshoe holders were made as far back as the 1950's, usually aluminum

Looks like something did gouge it a few times under the chin. Most likely PMD. Very Fine Plus reverse, but what is the spotted OBV ? Soaked...
If they are real they are worth $33.45 each silver melt value. Test them with a good magnet to make sure they are NOT magnetic ;)
