AU grades are AU50, AU53, and AU50... There is no "AU63". Mint state (MS) grades range from MS60-70. I believe you've gotten your numbers...
Hairline scratches on the obverse keep it from an AU grade, IMO. It'd most likely get an XF45 by a reputable TPG. :) -Brian
