I think he's referring to the iberty in Liberty, I see some mechanical doubling which is common and no extra value

you are correct about damage and bubbles and LOL at spackled in a way it does look like a bad attempt to spackle the holes. Keep looking :D
correction it was a 1977 p I had another next to it for comparison and put wrong mm lol
