I agree with John Milton. Halperin's book, "how to grade US Coins," shows the high points of wear on every early US commemorative. On the Vt....
I don't think it's real. the lower right part of the N in one should be weak. I also think the date numerals have the fat, bloated look usually...

Cool find, about 1.9 million minted so not rare but a lot of money in its day. gently washing a coin like this with some soapy water will not...
