looks better than vg 8 to me. f-15 would be my guess.
I was just curious Collecting Nut. You said it was because it was worn and Treashunt said misaligned die so information was different. Classic...
does misaligned die do anything for value?
What is going on with the rim on the upper left obverse? Struck slightly off center? Anyone help with Sheldon #? G-4 or so? Fair price?[IMG]...
G-6
thanks Hommer
a cull with virtually no details sells for more than that.
2.50 is not realistic for that coin.
thanks jester.
where is this thread?
I think its an N-7 which is known for a weak date,
not so sure it makes au grade and color looks a bit strange but for 24 bucks or so with shipping I thought this looked like it was worth it....
that price seems high to me. I have a MS64 piece I would consider selling for that price range. PM me. Here is that coin. [IMG]
yes it does have a line there. Thanks for your comment.
funny thing about overpaying for coins. The coins I am still underwater several years later after buying them are key date slabbed coins. 1893S...
Might have paid a bit much at $50 for this coin but I think its pretty cool to have a die variety with 13 to 30 known. Maybe not a rare cud...
Agreed on the small # of die collectors but try buying a common date large cent with a cud on it for a normal price.
Purchased this coin today from a long time collector. Supposed to be R-6 in this die state with 13 to 30 known. Cannot find any other examples...
thats what I thought too.
picked this coin up today. Thought it looked decent. What grade would you say it is? AU or MS? [IMG] <a
